These shocked me. I've been doing Atkins for years and have tried just about every low carb replacement product out there. I've found a few here and there that taste ok, but when they taste good enough, they always trigger huge sugar cravings in me and sabotage me so badly that they're not worth it. These not only taste absolutely amazing, but they did not trigger my cravings at all.
These are pretty good muffins considering they are primarily
indicated for people with diabetes. I kept them in the freezer and microwaved them as per the included instructions. They are nice and moist if you eat them immediately.
These Melba Toast are delicious and I use them with all kinds of cheese dips and salsa, etc., and even as low-carb croutons in my salads and soups! It's a great low carb snack!

Okay, so these are INCREDIBLY delicious (very chocolatey, the "rum" part hardly registers; liked that) and super soft and squishy (without being crumbly in the least), and dense (while not being too heavy). Sincerely a better keto dessert than anything I've ever tried at even the freshest the keto bakeries here in Los Angeles.
If you're on a low-carb diet, or maintain a low-carb or sugar-free lifestyle, then these keto muffins are a lifesaver!They actually taste good! They're not as greasy or rich as Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, but when you're craving a sweet treat and don't want the sugar or carbs, these definitely hit the spot. This is my third time ordering the chocolate muffins.
I eat these keto Melba toasts with cheese or pepperoni and they're delicious. They don't taste good towards the end when you eat them plain but that's fine. I'm not trying to just eat crackers. I'm looking for a low-carb way to have crackers and cheese or pepperoni and it gives lots of crunch. Super crunchy. And there is added protein in it, in addition to being low carb.
